Artwork can be accepted on computer disk when systems and software programs are compatible.  Imaging services offered are:

• Kodak film output from furnished 3.5" floppy disk, Syquest 3.5" and 5.25" removable cartridges, Zip 100 & 200 disks, CD-Rom and Jazz disks.

• Electronic imaging of your files from Macintosh using: Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®, Adobe PageMaker®, Freehand®, and QuarkXPress®. For IBM systems and other software programs please contact us to ensure compatibility for conversions.

• High resolution four-color and black/white photo scanning.

• Enclose composite and color separated laser visuals of all pages of the document at final size, if possible.  Otherwise, please mark output percentage and final trim size.  Submit Computer Imaging Services From which provides information concerning document size, number of pages, software used to create document, fonts and screen rulings.
• Use most recent versions of the software listed if possible.
• Provide all TIFF, EPS, PICT and Links (used in PageMaker®). Also include any uncommon font(s) that may have been use. Convert type to paths (text to box in QuarkXPress®) when possible.
• To avoid complications and additional costs, please simplify the final document files as much as possible.
• Proofs are required on all jobs generated from your files and output to film.
